Shipping policy

Samples

Swatch orders placed by 4 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same day. At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping options:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: $5
  • FedEx 2Day: $12
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: $26

Because swatch orders ship the same day, they are not eligible for cancellation under our 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

 

Window Treatments, Decor & Yardage

Lead Times

  • Window treatments, pillows, shower curtains, and table linens are made-to-order and ship within 14 days.
  • Wallpaper is printed-to-order and ships within four weeks. Two-week rush processing is available for $325.
  • Fabric and trim yardage, as well as solid grasscloth, ship within 7 days.

Shipping

  • Orders ship via FedEx and include tracking information. Items from the same order may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $300, excluding furniture.
  • A signature is required for orders over $550 to help reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages. You may waive the signature requirement at checkout.

All furniture is made-to-order and ships with 6 weeks via Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery.

Delivery Services

  • Threshold Delivery: Your item will be delivered to the first dry, secure area, such as your front door, garage, or building lobby.
  • White Glove Service: Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice. This service includes professional assembly, when required, and removal of all packaging materials.

Notes

  • Sofas, headboards, chairs, and benches arrive fully assembled.
  • Sofas and sectionals require White Glove Service.
  • Beds require light assembly, which typically takes approximately 20 minutes. The headboard and side rails ship in separate boxes.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that all items will fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and within the intended space.
  • Rural and island deliveries may have limited delivery routes and longer delivery times.

Delivery Communication

Once your furniture is ready, our delivery partner will contact you by email, phone, or text to schedule your delivery.

Before delivery, you will receive a three to four hour delivery window by text and voice message.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a live tracking link by text. The delivery team will also call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the team will wait up to 20 minutes before proceeding to its next stop.

 

 

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Shipping rates for locations outside the Continental U.S. are based on weight and will appear at checkout.

  • Canadian orders ship via DHL Express.
  • Furniture is not available for delivery in these regions.
  • Roman shades are not available for purchase in Canada.
All taxes are included at checkout.
